Join South America’s most celebrated chef, Francis Mallmann, for an intimate evening reception under the stars among cool evening sea breezes on January 25. This exclusive experience at Faena Hotel’s Tree of Life begins at 6:30 pm with a special reading of the chef’s favorite poetry, a talk on his book Mallmann on Fire and a wine tasting of Château de Beaucastel Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2014. Guests will leave with a signed copy of Mallmann on Fire.
