For all of Miami’s hopeless romantics, Made in Italy Gourmet will be hosting Valentines Day with a three course special menu for couples and singles to celebrate love. On this special night both the regular menu and a special menu paired with wine will be available. An appetizer to share of Burrata cream with prosciutto di Parma, basil and Crostini will be paired with two glasses of Rose Fattoria Sardi. For the main course, guests may choose between a Short Rib Ravioli with a creamy mushroom sauce paired with a glass of Chianti Classico Cafaggio – or a Pan Seared Salmon with potatoes alla Romana, pickled fennel and sun-dried tomatoes paired with a glass of Chardonnay Vite Colte.
