Innergy Meditation is celebrating their official grand opening with complimentary guided meditation classes, lite bites and bubbly on Saturday, March 25th and Sunday March 26th.

On Saturday, March 25th, guests will enjoy three different 30-minute guided meditation sessions: Chill30, Breathe30 and Mindful30 along with an open house brunch break to tour the studio. Following a similar program on Sunday, March 26th, participants will experience the Heart30 and Sound45 guided meditation classes accompanied with an open house brunch. This unique, community event is a sneak peek experience of the guided meditation programming locals can enjoy at the new Innergy Meditation studio opening in Miami Beach off Alton Road.

Innergy’s new drop-in meditation studio will deliver all the physical, mental and emotional benefits of meditation minus the religious affiliations, philosophies and woo-woo.
