On Wednesday, May 3rd, Fooq’s is teaming up with Seasons Farm Fresh for a farm-to-table feast in Downtown Miami. The eclectic eatery will offer a five-course dinner menu, featuring seasonal produce, hand-selected for a menu of fresh and inventive cuisine.

The array of dishes for the evening include items such as Heirloom Tomato Toast with house-made ricotta cheese & parsley sauce, Smokey Eggplant ‘frito misto’ with green beans, zucchini & squash, and a Persian Broken Pot featuring mamey gelato pistachio, chocolate & pomegranate molasses.
