CLASS SCHEDULE:

9 am – Yoga on the Beach
A complimentary, friendly all-levels yoga class on the beach. This is a great way to start the day! Beach towels will be provided.

9 am to 12 pm – Open House at Diplomat Spa
Stop by and take a tour of the Spa. Light snacks, a variety of teas and water elixirs will be served. Chair massage and reflexology 10-minute sessions available for $15. 10 am – Spin Class at Diplomat Landing
This complimentary class will get your heart pumping. Make sure to wear sneakers or spin shoes.

2 pm – Discussion & Meditation at Diplomat Spa Ocean Cafe
Tune In To Tune Out with a complimentary session from Yogiiza’s Mark Oliver.

4pm – Cooking Demo & Book Signing with Geoffrey Zakarian
Join Celebrity Chef Geoffrey Zakarian at Counter Point for an exclusive, complimentary cooking demo and book signing.

5pm – Coloring + Cocktails at The Hotel Bar
Grab a mixed fresh juice cocktail and a coloring book by artist Greg Kletsel at The Hotel Bar overlooking an endless view of the Atlantic Ocean.
