The West Palm Beach Marriott, Bistro 1001 and the Puerto Rican Hispanic Chamber of Commerce have teamed up to host Puerto Rico in My Heart, a chef collaboration tasting event, planned for Thursday, October 26. For this event, guests will enjoy a walk-around tasting event featuring chefs from Puerto Rico and from the local community, an open bar, music by Ivan Melendez, dancing and a silent auction. Tickets are $50 in advance or $60 at the door.
