In celebration of Art Basel, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar will host a very special, four-course Truffle Dinner event Thursday, December 7th, at 11:30 PM. For one night only, the house of worship to classic southern-style cuisine and hospitality will offer an exclusive chef’s table experience featuring high-end menu items paired with hand-selected Italian wine. Curated by Patrick Rebholz, the pre-fixe tasting menu focuses on delicacies such as truffle and caviar. Guests will enjoy tastings like smoked Stone Crab & English Pea Ravioli, Seared Foie Gras and a special rendition of Yardbird’s world-renowned Fried Chicken.
