Katsuya, an internationally renowned Japanese culinary concept, will host a Casino Royale New Year’s Eve celebration to ring in 2018. The lavish dining experience prepared by Executive Chef Yoshi Migita and his culinary team will feature an a la carte menu with signature dishes such as Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna, Miso-Marinated Black Cod and Wagyu Tobanyaki. At midnight, all guests will be provided party favors as well as a glass of champagne for a New Year’s toast. Guests are required to make reservations for the event and there are no set seatings for the night.
