The Bazaar by José Andrés, a critically acclaimed restaurant, will host a Casino Royale soiree to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Chef De Cuisine Tito Vargas and his culinary team will serve an extravagant dining experience that includes modern and traditional tapas with Latin American and Asian influences. Cocktails with fresh fruits and organic emulsifiers will be enjoyed to elevate classic recipes. The wine list will include new and old world producers with unique varietals. At midnight, all guests will be provided with 12 grapes, a traditional ritual from Spain, and a glass of Krug Grand Cuvee champagne for a midnight toast.

Guests are required to make reservations for the event. The first seating will be offered from 6 p.m.-7 p.m. for $150 per person and will including a tasting menu and a glass of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne. A second seating will be offered from 9 p.m.-10:30 p.m. for $300 and will include the tasting menu only. Children up to 11 years of age will pay 50 percent of the menu price.
