[solidcore] is a 50 minute Pilates-inspired workout emphasizing slow, deliberate, movements on a device called the ‘[sweatlana]’. By leveraging spring cables for resistance (between 2 and 300 pounds) and an almost glacial pace, [solidcore] is a high intensity, low impact, workout that will test the fittest of Miami.
