Join us at The Wynwood Yard for a fun, hands-on series of cooking classes led by some of Miami’s favorite chefs! Partially funded by Target Foundation and in partnership with Wellness in the Schools. On Wednesday, May 30, 2018, we’re slinging Vietnamese-Cajun eats with Chef Cesar Zapata of Phuc Yea and Pho Mi. Phuc Yea was Miami’s first pop-up eatery when it debuted in 2011, and it’s now a brick and mortar restaurant in Miami’s MiMo district. The menu includes a green papaya salad (nuoc cham, dried shrimp, carrot, crispies, peanut) and veggie curry with tofu, eggplant, assorted mushrooms, house curry and jasmine rice.
