On Monday, June 11th, LEYNIA at Delano South Beach + Chef du Cuisine Guillermo Eleicegui have announced that they will be hosting a 5-course collaboration dinner with the Sofitel Arroyo Le Sud restaurant’s Chef Olivier Falchi. The renowned French Chef based in Argentina will cook side-by-side with Chef Eleicegui to prepare dishes that fuse the bold and exciting flavors of Argentina and France. For $95++ pp, guests can partake in this flavorful, family style meal available for one night only for one seating beginning at 8PM. All foodies and scenesters are invited to partake in this one-of-a-kind dining experience.

FIRST COURSE:
Foie Gras Empanada
Salmon Cone made with yuzu koshu topped with black caviar
SECOND COURSE:
Smoked Scallops made with red beets, wakame, and salmon roe
Wagyu Beef Tartare made with crispy rice, smoked almonds and spicy aioli
THIRD COURSE:
Branzino al disco with baby potatoes, caramelized onions, fennel salad and smoke paprika chimichurri
