Eric Do, award-winner and Executive Chef of Blue Matisse Restaurant & NAU Lounge, will delight Doral Food & Wine Festival participants this Saturday, November 10, from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 11, from
2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Doral Food and Wine Festival will be held at Doral Central Park. Staying true to his roots and his passion for dishes with an Asian flair, Chef Do will be preparing a tuna ceviche Nikkei for the demo and braised pork lettuce wraps for the event.
