A nod to Faena’s South American roots, the fabulous fete begins in the hotel’s gilded Cathedral as sultry Tango dancers greet guests with passionate performances set to a traditional bandoneon.
Then, a decadent multi-course dinner awaits at your choice of Faena’s award-winning restaurants. For a true Argentine experience, make your way to renowned chef Francis Mallmann’s Los Fuegos and indulge in Ossetra Caviar, Maine Lobster Tail and Smoked Wagyu Tenderloin with shaved black winter truffle. Upstairs at Pao by Paul Qui, gather with loved ones on the Oceanview terrace and savor unique, Asian-inspired creations like Miyazaki A5 Wagyu carpaccio, Alaskan king crab rice with foie gras, 72-hour smoked shortrib asado with truffles and more.
