Seaspice channels Frank Sinatra vibes with its New Year’s Eve celebration featuring a live performance by rising star Louis Amanti and orchestra and an exquisitely curated dinner menu.

Louis, whose style is a combination of elegance and sophistication (think Sinatra and Dean Martin), has worked with the likes of Grammy Award-winning David Foster, producer for artists such as Michael Bublé, Andrea Bocelli, and Celine Dion.

“We found Michael Bublé some 16 years ago – and I don’t want to compare the two of them because that’s not fair – but I’ve been looking for someone who fits that zone, and this guy [Louis] fits the bill,” says legendary producer David Foster.

Featuring spectacular views of the Miami River and city skyline, the New Year’s Eve candlelit dinner and performance begins at 7pm. The evening continues with dancing, surprises and entertainment throughout the venue leading up to the New Year countdown at midnight for an all-night celebration with music by DJ Axel Beca. At the helm of the kitchen, Chef Angel Leon will present New Year’s-curated specials and delectable options from the a la carte menu including the Fresh Dover Sole and Bone-in Ribeye served on a volcanic hot stone, as well as delicacies from the Raw Bar such as oysters and caviar.
