Blue Matisse Restaurant, Executive Chef, Eric Do, will be delighting all the senses this Valentine’s Day with his romantic, layers of flavors. Dinner will feature a four-course shared style (of course) dinner, starting at 6:00 pm on Thursday, February 14.
This feast will only be available on Valentine’s Day for $55 per person (price does not include tax & service charge) and you can upgrade to include a wine pairing with each course for $20.

So Chef Do will include one glass of complimentary Cava for each guest.
