Join us in Surfside for our Third Thursdays block party – a wellness-themed evening, featuring yoga classes for all levels, as well as reflexology and restorative classes.

Bring your own mat to “Be Well – Yoga & Wellness” and participate in an all-level yoga class taught by yoga instructor Victoria Brunacci of Synergy Studios. Each class will include a Vinyasa yoga session, power yoga session and restorative yoga session with a guided meditation.

Another highlight at the event will be the introduction by Miami creative agency (and Surfside friend) Jacober Creative of Surfside’s newest coloring book “The Adventures of Surfy the Surfside Sea Turtle” with a life-size interactive mural, perfect for adults and kids!
