Boulud Sud Miami’s Head Sommelier, Daniel Chaviano joins Nicola Raia of Banville Wine Merchants to host a Southern Italian Wine Dinner on Wednesday, March 20th. Guests will experience a three-course dinner accompanied by hand selected wine pairing that showcase the flavors of wines throughout Southern Italy. Chef Clark Bowen and Pastry Chef Saeko Nemoto will serve regional specialties such as Acciughe, Bruschetta, Rositto Di Mare, Calabrian Prochetta and Zabaglione al Cioccolato. The evening will begin with a reception at the energetic bar and lounge, followed by dinner in the beautiful Salon-De-Provence.
