Andrew Gonzalez, Founder of Night Owl Cookies and Jose Mallea, Biscayne Bay Brewing Co Owner, worked together to create the most Miami cookie, capturing the flavors of Biscayne’s La Colada, an English style brown Porter with American Nugget hops, lactose milk sugar and high quality coffee malt to create a smooth and chocolate tasting beer that is great normal or on Nitro. With a chocolate base, the cookie is then infused with espresso, mixed with milk chocolate chips, and topped with a Biscayne Colada glaze.
