Every month, the full moon emits a powerful energy. Since the effects are typically felt up to two weeks after the full moon phase, it’s the perfect opportunity to align the mind, body and spirit. Guests will check in at 6:30 p.m. while enjoying beats by Mahtayo and complimentary drinks. The Full Moon “Glow-Up” Event Series features a one-hour class of yoga by TruFusion Coral Gables (starting at 7:00 p.m.) followed by a 30-minute beauty and retail intermission (participating sponsors: Glow-UP Make-up & Braid Bar by Glamsquad; Rupees Sarees and Athleta). Henna Artist, Melissa Addams, will be applying henna tattoos to guest’s hands from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Lululemon will lend yoga mats to participants. To explain the full moon’s celestial functions and its powerful energy, the final portion of the event (starting at 8:30 p.m.) will feature a 30-minute astrology talk by Valerie Mesa, a Clairvoyant Astrologer and Cosmic Journalist. Mesa has been studying astrology since the age of thirteen and she currently writes for Elite Daily, Betches and Love by Luna.
