Join us for an evening of good food and festive flair as we learn the techniques to preparing mouth-watering Seared Steaks with a Red Wine Reduction, Truffle Mashed Potatoes, and a traditional Bleu Cheese Chopped Salad. With easy to digest tips & tricks, we’ll discover the secret to a perfectly seared steak, and highlight the cuts of meat for any budget while you enjoy your favorite wine (you bring the wine). Perfect for a special date night or an evening out with friends! Gluten-free & BYOB. You’ll work together in teams of 4 to 5 per table to create our culinary masterpiece.
