Jaguar Lab is back to bring guests an out of this world cuisine experience! Presented by
Chef Oscar Del Rivero and Jaguar Latin-American Kitchen, Jaguar Lab is a monthly series
where Chefs are welcome to embrace their creativity and experiment with different flavors and
cuisines, where no idea is too “extra”. Chef Oscar successfully collaborates with local chefs and
various cuisines to bring everyone a new and unique menu that test the limits. This culinary
event will attract those that are in for a new and sensational experience.

For this month’s edition, Chef Oscar welcomes Chef Sergio Rivera from Drunken Dragon to the
kitchen to serve up something special for Jaguar’s guestlist, including dishes such as Morcilla
Dumpling, Bacalao Okonomiyaki, Ceviche Sichuan and more; this time around you will be able
to add Salsa Muerte to any special Jag Lab Dish.

Jaguar Latin-American Kitchen fuels Miami’s flourishing Latin food scene with
fresh cuisine inspired by the flavors of Latin America. In the heart of Coconut Grove, Jaguar
invites you to come on in and stay awhile at a neighborhood favorite dining destination. Open
Monday through Thursday 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., Friday 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., Saturday 11
a.m. to 11:30 p.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.including Weekend Brunch from 11 a.m.
to 2:30 p.m.
