Self Hypnosis with Ewa Josefsson

Vero Santes invites certified hypnotist Ewa Josefsson to a conversation about subconscious limiting beliefs, such as fear, shame and guilt. We learn about self hypnosis and its healing powers. Together all the participants of the workshop then co-create the hypnotic experience Ms. Josefsson will lead us through.

Hypnosis is not as mystical as you may believe, it’s actually much more common and conversational. It’s in the way you talk to yourself. It’s in the way you focus and find your flow. And it is how you open yourself up to new ideas and transform your life. Most importantly, hypnosis can make changing easy.

Ewa Josefsson is an emerging licensed hypnosis practitioner of the New York-based Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis. With a background in poetry, lucid dreaming, meditation and yoga, she’s long been known to create a safe space for positive transformation.
