Led by yoga teacher, Lauren Angueira (@LaurenBAngueira), this class will celebrate your inner fire through a powerful vinyasa flow focused on breath building & strength with a sultry, final slow down and meditation. Instruction will leave you in a special extended savasana accompanied by a hemp infused acupressure massage. Class will be set to a VIBIN’ playlist of hip hop & hits.
