Celebrate the 75th Anniversary & the official Day of Miami’s Paradize Renewed

The Historic Virginia Key Beach Park will be celebrating its official Day and 75th Anniversary. The event is open to the public and everyone is encouraged to be there.

The event will feature many activities throughout the day, stay or get fit joining a Bike Ride (Road or Mountain) and renting Paddleboards or Kayaks, Roller Blade, enjoy the view of our Walk & Jog Paths, Geo-Cache, Disc Golf, make memories in our Photo booth, Tour Park w/ Self Guided App, BBQ at the Park Grills (Under 10 People), and much more.

You can also celebrate safely from the comfort of your home, watching our Virtual Film Exhibition on FB Live about the critical stories that have framed Miami’s history commemorating the progressive struggle of African Americans and Caribbean Diaspora throughout South Florida over the last 75 years.
