Dia de Los Muertos 2020 at Downtown Doral
WHAT: Join Downtown Doral as they commemorate the Day of the Dead (Dia de Los Muertos) on Main Street! The celebration will include live music, a cultural performance, art for kids, and decorations in a safe and physically distant format.
An exciting four-piece Mariachi band will begin roaming Main Street at 11:30 a.m. and then again at 3:30 p.m. alongside a group of catrina-inspired musicians and dancers. A “Paint Like Frida Kahlo” activation will also be set up on the green turf for children to paint with their families for a price of $10, which includes various activity materials and a cupcake set from Bunnie Cakes Bakery & Cafe. Colorful decor and themed stations, like an authentic Dia De Los Muertos altar, will be present throughout, transporting all guests and performers to a vibrant town in Mexico.
