Join CREW Miami (Commercial Real Estate Women Miami) to learn about the current state of the retail market, the effect of the pandemic on landlords and tenants and how they have had to adapt. A panel of experts will start off with a leasing update and the latest in retailer expansions and bankruptcies followed by a deep dive into COVID-related topics including: rent collections strategies; newfangled lease clauses; and the characteristics of new deals being inked.
