The Lincoln Eatery presents Ladies Night Out on Thursday, May 13th from 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. This event hosted by Carmen Ohling, holistic nutritionist and life coach, will give you the tools to help you heal your body, find a deep sense of fulfillment in your days, and discover your purpose in life!

As our worlds today are full of noise it is important to take some much needed me-time for an evening of connection, learning, discovery, and fun. Ohling is a mother, wife, friend, sister, fitness model, certified holistic nutritionist, empowerment coach and transformational speaker. She will use these labels to connect with audience members on a deeper level and help remove the constant pressures, stress, and anxiety they are feeling each day.
