FYC, in partnership with Anatomy Fitness, presents Metabolic Meltdown. Join instructor Emmanuel in this high calorie burning strength and endurance full body class. Metabolic Meltdown includes isometric exercises, animal flow (ground based calisthenics) and bodyweight circuit training.
