FREEHOLD Miami is hosting its annual Hemingway Day on Thursday, July 22. The event celebrates Ernest Hemingway’s birthday with live music, salsa dancing, DJs, cigar rolling and casino games.

Transforming FREEHOLD Miami into Old Havana to honor the legendary author, the venue will serve up classic Cuban cuisine and lively libations to celebrate Papa Hemingway accordingly. In support of those directly impacted by the recent events in Cuba, FREEHOLD Hospitality’s fourth annual Hemingway Day will benefit The Center For A Free Cuba, a 501c3 not-for-profit charity whose mission is “to promote a peaceful transition to a Cuba that respects human rights and political and economic freedoms.” Havana Rum Club has further sponsored the event, donating all proceeds from each FREEHOLD location (Miami, Brooklyn and Union Square).

Doors open at 6pm and reservations are recommended.
