Exhale Spa is launching a brand new fitness class featuring Bala Bangles wrist and ankle weights to pump up your yoga practice. This 50-minute, free yoga sculpt class at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel will be led by Pauline Case, incorporating Bala hand, wrist and ankle weights to help tone, strengthen and lengthen every inch of your body, all while moving to energizing, upbeat music. Guests are invited to enjoy a night full of fitness, fashion, food and fun with light refreshments and exciting vendor pop-ups. Halloween costumes are also welcomed as the spooky season is among us.
