The Biltmore’s Fontana, is delighted to be participating in the GMCVB’s famed Miami Spice, giving locals and visitors alike a decadent dining experience

The Biltmore Hotel Miami is celebrating Miami Spice with an indulgent menu of Italian favorites for all food and wine lovers to enjoy. This is an opportunity for locals and visitors from all over South Florida to enjoy the award-winning restaurant known for its authentic Italian flavors made with local and seasonal ingredients.

The special three-course dinner curated by The Biltmore’s Chef, Vladimir Blanes, will really spice up the summer in August, with Italian inspired dishes like Panzanella or Carpaccio di Polpo for a starter, paired with Branzino Arrosto, Veal Ravioli al Funghi or Bistecca for the second course. And for the third course, choose a decadent dessert like a classic Tiramisu or Torta di Limon. There are literally hundreds of combinations to try all month.
