Oolite Arts and Locust Projects celebrate the five-year anniversary of the popular Talks series with a stellar lineup of top curators to discuss ideas driving contemporary art today. Rachel Kent, CEO of Bundanon Trust and former Chief Curator at the Museum of Contemporary Art, will be the featured speaker at the next Talks event. Kent’s exhibitions have been presented at the Brooklyn Museum, National Museum of African Art, Smithsonian Institution, MCA San Diego, Musée d’art contemporain de Montréal, and the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo. Attendance is free. The event will be held from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, September 14 at the Little Haiti Cultural Center, located at 212 NE 59th Ter, Miami, FL 33137.
