Join us as we learn and practice the power of breathwork.

We will be led by Stephi Wald, @willfly_breathwork as we explore the essential and life-changing tool that helps de-stress, release anxiety, as well as find balance and inner contentment. Breathwork is for anyone who wants to align their mind and body to be the best and most authentic version of themselves.

The breath gives you the ability to see what you should hold on to, as well as the clarity to release what no longer serves you.

This activation will be held inside of Poco Terra & will use pillows as seating. Blankets will be provided on a first come, first serve basis for a better breathwork experience. In an effort to honor the space, we ask that attendees arrive promptly.
