The Biltmore Hotel cordially invites guests to savor, an exquisite collection of rosé wines from Chateau d’Esclans, as the inspiration for an intimate dining experience at Fontana. Be transported to the heart of Provence, a region in southeastern France bordering Italy and the Mediterranean Sea, just north of St.Tropez.
With his acquisition of the Château in 2006, Sacha Lichine’s created the greatest rosés in the world, igniting the “Rosé Renaissance,” Now in its sixteenth vintage, Château d’Esclans is home to Whispering Angel, today’s worldwide reference for the region’s rosé wine.
Chef Vladimir has thoughtfully curated a five-course menu to pair flawlessly with an assortment of wines provided by Chateau d’Esclans,’ home of Whispering Angel ultimate rosé wine.
Members and guests are invited to a tantalizing evening that highlights the scent, flavor, and finish of what is commonly known as the elevated standard of a Cote de Provence Rosé.
