SMART Cities MIAMI Conference focuses on smart-city technologies that drive resilience opportunities

WHAT: The 6th annual Smart Cities MIAMI Conference co-hosted by the University of Miami School of Architecture and the Institute for Data Science and Computing (IDSC) in partnership with the Climate Resilience Academy, and presenting sponsor Double C.

WHY: To aid in the design and development of more sustainable, livable, and resilient cities and examine evolving theories and practices in the Smart City field.

To consider the impact of climate change and its related stressors on South Florida and focus on opportunities enabled by smart-city technology for enhancing resilience.
