Acclaimed celebrity chef and beloved television personality Richard Blais announces a summertime pop-up experience, Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, set to debut at the Hyatt Centric Key West Resort & Spa on May 6th. 

This summertime experience will be located at Hyatt Centric Key West on 601 Front St, Key West, Florida 33040. Four Flamingos, A Richard Blais Key West Kitchen, will mark the second restaurant for Blais within the Sunshine State, following the 2021 opening of Four Flamingos in Orlando, a Michelin recommended restaurant. The acclaimed chef is widely recognized as the first winner of Bravo’s Top Chef All-Stars and current co-host of the cooking competition, Next Level Chef.
