The YMCA of South Florida, in partnership with the City of Weston, will honor current and former military men and women at the 9th Annual Veteran’s Day Salute on Friday, November 10 from 9-11 a.m. at the Bonaventure Town Center Club in Weston. The event is presented by Spirit Airlines and will include breakfast and a presentation from Captain Scott O’Grady, a decorated U.S. Air Force fighter pilot with 1,300+ military flying hours who is recognized for enforcing the NATO no-fly zone policy over Bosnia.
All veterans can sign up and RSVP for FREE using the Veteran’s Registration Form on the event’s page. Anyone else wanting to attend must purchase a sponsorship.
