Red Rooster Overtown, presented by Marcus Samuelsson, Derek Fleming & Michael Simkins, is partnering with Udonis Haslem Foundation to host Mindfulness Monday, a special event featuring Adam Avin, teen author of the book ‘Stress Less” Mindfulness for Teenagers and Miami HEAT legend Udonis Haslem.

During this special event, Adam Avin and Udonis Haslem will guide guests through a transformative journey of mindfulness. There will be light bites, cocktails, networking, book readings, book signings, photo opportunities, a silent auction, and more!
