The holiday season will kick off in style on Saturday, November 18, 2023, as The Graham Companies and Main Street Merchants come together to light up Downtown Miami Lakes and the iconic Main Street Oak Tree. This marks the 38th annual Main Street Festival of Lights, a local cherished tradition.

Please arrive early to make the most of the Miami Lakes Farmers Market and explore our community’s Main Street Merchants. Gather your family, friends, and loved ones for an encounter with Santa, live entertainment, and the sounds of two local DJs. Kids will have a blast with free activities like meet and greets with holiday characters, face paintings and glitter tattoos, free shaved ice, cotton candy, popcorn, engaging in arts and crafts, writing letters to Santa, and plenty more!

Spread joy and share a toy! Please consider bringing a new, unopened toy to contribute to children in need. The Neighbors 4 Neighbors will set up a convenient on-site toy collection booth. All toys received will be gifted to Giving Gators, an organization dedicated to distributing them to underprivileged children in the Miami Lakes area during the upcoming holiday season. Additionally, while you enjoy the event, Miami-Dade Animal Services will host “Holiday Adoptions!” for those interested in adopting a furry friend.
