After unwrapping presents, continue the festivities with a delightfully merry morning complete with a cozy Christmas Brunch, served from 11 am to 2 pm. Adults 21 and older can enjoy a fun Coquito Bar, with traditional, pistachio and chocolate flavors. There will be a Boulangerie station with an assortment of breakfast pastries, bagels, breads and croissants, as well as a Cheese & Charcuterie station. Classic breakfast options will include an omelet station with bacon and sausages, and classics with a twist, such as Croque Monsieur Casserole and Nutella Stuffed Challah French Toast. At the Carving Station, there will be Herb Roasted Prime Rib and Kurobuta Pork Loin. Guests looking for a lighter option can select from a variety of greens, veggies and dressings, as well as prepared salads such as Broccolini & Chickpea, Baby Kale and Caesar. Seafood lovers will delight in Lobster Bisque, Shrimp Cocktail, Oysters Half Shell, Snow Crab Claws, and Corvina Ceviche Shooters. Desserts will include Chocolate Yule Log, Apple-Cranberry Tarts, Pumpkin Panna Cotta, Eggnog Tres Leches, Candy Cane Mousse Shots.

Brunch is priced at $145 per person, and children aged six to 17 are $59 per person, including gratuity, plus applicable taxes. Kids aged five and under dine complimentary. Reservations are required, and cancellation fees may apply.
