Indulge in a festive feast this Christmas Eve or Christmas Day with dinner at Gold Coast Kitchen + Cocktails, a new coastal restaurant concept offering bayfront views and cuisine influenced by the bold international flavors of Miami. Located at the newly renovated Miami Marriott Biscayne Bay, Gold Coast’s special holiday menu will feature delectable dishes with a twist on seasonal flavors.
Chef Craig Tooker has carefully crafted a pre-fixe three course dinner featuring starters such as Crab and Corn Bisque, Winter Greens Salad with port poached figs and sweet spicy pecans with a green apple vinaigrette; and entrees like Tripletail with Saffron Fettucini, Cornish Hen with roasted beets and chestnut gravy, or Lamb Loin with spaghetti squash, rosemary potatoes and a mint chimichurri. The dessert course offers Eggnog Crème Brulee with sugared raspberries, or White Chocolate Cheesecake with a cranberry candied ginger compote.
