Uchi Miami invites you to join us on the evening of Tuesday, January 23 as we welcome IWA Sake & Richard Geoffroy, Founder & Maker, for an intimate and immersive collaboration dinner.

For one evening only, together with Richard, we will delve into a culinary journey featuring pairings with IWA 5 – Assemblage 3, the current release in the US, as well as two older Assemblages 1 & 2, which will be flown in from Japan especially for the occasion. Each pairing will be crafted around these three IWA 5 Assemblages, served at different temperatures and in a variety of stemware, to showcase IWA’s unique versatility. Taste sweet petite oysters with hokkaido uni, lobster yaki, scallop crudo and more, before ending with Uchi’s famous Fried Milk dessert.
