On Saturday, April 20th from 1PM to 3PM, Baoshi will host a Mixology Class led by Head Bartender Jessie Gi. During the 2-hour cocktail course, guests will taste and create 3 Asian-inspired specialty cocktails – Forbidden Pitaya, Coco Yen, and Gemstonetini – and learn about the background of the spirits and ingredients used. Cocktail kit supplies will be provided as well as traditional Cantonese bites by Gold Marquess. Tickets to this intimate mixology experience are $30pp (plus tax) and can be purchased via Eventbrite.
