Join MODS for a morning filled with wonder, education, and the joy of connecting with nature’s slowest yet most intriguing inhabitants as you take part in our Slow Down with Sloths: VIP Breakfast & Meet-and-Greet on July 27, from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. This event gives guests exclusive early-morning access to the Museum and includes a meet-and-greet with JJ, the two-toed sloth, Museum admission, breakfast, an IMAX® documentary film and insight into the vital importance of rainforest conservation.
Delve into the secrets of sloth behaviors (yes, they’re the slowest animals on Earth!) Learn about their unique adaptations and discover why preserving their rainforest habitats is crucial for survival. It’s a chance to deepen your appreciation for these gentle creatures. Our Life Sciences team will be on hand to answer all your questions and share insights into the crucial importance of rainforest conservation.
Capture the moment with a perfect sloth selfie to commemorate this unforgettable encounter! (NOTE: The sloth will be held exclusively by the Life Sciences staff.)
