W Miami, the urban oasis located in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood, is thrilled to host an exciting wellness weekend retreat SweatPals and Vida Boa Wellness. This exclusive two-day event will be a sanctuary of rejuvenation and self-discovery, offering a variety of wellness activities designed to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. The retreat will feature an array of classes scheduled throughout the day, catering to different wellness interests and levels of experience.

In addition to the physical activities, the Wellness Weekend will offer a rich selection of workshops and a wellness panel. The weekend will also feature a special happy hour and mixology event at W Miami’s newest rooftop bar and restaurant, TULUM, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere where attendees can connect with like-minded individuals and celebrate the joys of a healthy lifestyle.
