âme Spa & Wellness Collective at JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa continues its monthly wellness program of meditation with a special edition of its mindfulness-focused class on Sunday, August 11.

This month’s class focuses on self-esteem. Guests can strengthen their self-expression and build that fire that burns in their belly. Yoga and meditation will include deep breathing, chanting, and working on the warrior pose.

Reservations include access to the spa with an elevated fitness center, Himalayan Salt Room, and steam room and adults-only pool.
