Join us for our first Vigil y Amigos event Featuring Argentinean renowned chef @fetischler from @alpasionwine in Valle de Uco, mendoza and our own chef Mikel for a special collaboration featuring flavors and ingredients from Mendoza, San Sebastian and Miami.

Amuse:

Crispy Tapioca Chip with smoked aioli and sweet chili. Salmon roe (Federico)

Steak Tartare with fine herbs emulsion. (Mikel)

Starters:

Wagyu Carpaccio with parmesan and foie gras micuit. (Mikel)

Smoked “Vuelve a la Vida”: Corn textures, smoked shrimp and clams, crispy squid, fermented vegetables. (Federico)

Mains:

Red Mullet with a reduction of its own juices. (Mikel)

Glazed Pork in black roast sauce and 70% Carenero chocolate, white sweet potato purée, and crispy yuca. Micro salad of avocado and spicy watercress. (Federico)

Desserts:

Cheesecake (Mikel)

Mille-feuille with green mango jelly, San Joaquin panelitas, caramelized nibs, and creamy fresh cheese.
