Head to Coral Gables’ exciting new restaurant, Kojin 2.0 on #WorldSakeDay. The Japanese-inspired dining destination will present a special evening showcasing Japan’s signature spirit on Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Expect tantalizing dishes paired with amazing sake from culinary couple Pedro and Katherine Mederos who will partner with Joto Sake and sake sommelier Andrew Sowers to offer an unforgettable dining experience. The eight-course tasting menu, priced at $175++ per person, will feature premium sakes from Joto’s impressive portfolio paired with each course. Menu highlights will include a Mishima Ribeye with charred negi and a lemongrass demi, Kojin Chawanmushi with prawn and caviar, and sake mignardises such as Yuzu Sake gummies and sake marshmallows. Guests can expect an evening of education and enjoyment.
