For one extraordinary evening, Yamashiro’s timeless elegance and bold flavors will come to Miami, offering guests a chance to indulge in an extravagant 5-course culinary journey to ring in the New Year.

The evening’s indulgent menu includes:
Charred Sweet Corn & Dashi Custard Amuse-Bouche with smoked truffle butter and chives
Cucumber Seaweed Salad with yuzu vinaigrette and sesame
A Small Plate Trio, featuring Smoked Hamachi Tartare Oshizushi, Seared Wagyu & Foie Gras, and Lobster Cigars filled with lobster and potato, served with garlic, shallots, and shiso butter
